CYLINDRICAL PINS: Hardened are manufactured to type IS: 6689 (6325) for metric series and BS: 1804 for inch series, ground to M6 tolerance from Material Silver Steel Hardness 60 +- 2 RC & EN-8/9 to 56 +-4 RC and M.S. to 60 +- 4 RC with 0.8 case depth.

TAPER PINS: Soft are manufactured to IS: 2393:63 (DIN-1) & IS:6688 : 72 for metric series and BS:46 for inch series. Material: C-40 (EN-8).

Cylindrical (Dowel) or Parallel Pins are used either to retain parts in a fixed position or to preserve alignment. A few of them are illustrated above. Type A,B,C, & D are unhardened from C-40 (EN-8) material. Our manufacturing range for Cylindrical (Dowel) Pins is 2mm to 25mm in diameter and 5mm to 150mm in length. Type E is hardened from silver steel material.

Internal Threaded Cylindrical (Dowel) Pin are for easy extraction, from blind holes. They are manufactured in soft condition (Type G) from C-40 material. Hardened Pins (Type F) are manufactured from case hardened alloy steel or as per buyers requirement. Air Vent may be provided.

This is a fundamental materials science test in which a sample is subjected to a controlled tension until failure. The results from the test are commonly used to select a material for an application, for quality control, and to predict how a material will react under other types of forces.

Impact Testing Machine is used to test the products ability to resist high rate loading. This is one of the most important tests to understand the strength of the product. We also conduct other tests like Hardness Test, IGC Test, Positive Material Identification Test to ensure that all the product going out of our manufacturing plant are the best in terms of quality. SPC analysis is used as a tool to supervise the ongoing processes. Multi stage inspection and checks are done by a trained and skilled quality assurance and control workforce to ensure that defect free products are delivered to customers
